2010 PROTOTYPE SUSTAINABLE HOUSE SUNBURY, VIC. $250,000 A comprehensive approach to a passive solar design with thermal mass, glass and insulation in the correct balance allowed me to achieve a 9 star energy rating.
Country Cottage
1993 NEW HOUSE STRANGWAYS, VIC. $150,000 A new house, not far from Castlemaine was designed and built as a series of pavilions, facing north and linked together with verandahs and pergolas. In the almost fully glazed conservatory adjoining the master bedroom, the owners managed to grow pineapples!
